What can I say about Keyes & Co Real Estate? Recently I had the unpleasant task of selling my mother’s house to fund her ongoing Aged Care needs due to Dementia. I chose Keyes & Co on reputation as I heard they were good and gave them Sole Agency. The house was in a good location and good condition, but was 40 years old and at a time when market was not in the sellers favour due to the high number of houses on the market, the task of selling was going to be tough. During the sale I was given advice on how to proceed and kept informed of any interested buyers, market trends or any actions taken by Keyes & Co on my behalf through e-mails, phone calls and in person. To my surprise the house sold within 5 months and the price achieved by Keyes & Co was in the range we were seeking. I know how hard they worked to achieve the sale for me and would recommend them to any potential customer either buying or selling a property and would expect them to give you the same good service.
